GPS problem in tunnels
Some tunnels, especially long ones, can cause GPS to be interrupted and traffic not reported correctly. Sometimes traffic can increase the journey time by as much as 45 minutes.

Highlight Slow Traffic by Changing Road Colors
Currently, when there is traffic congestion ahead, Waze does not clearly change the road color on the map. Sometimes it only shows thin orange borders, which is not enough for the driver to quickly recognize the slowdown.
It would be much more effective if, whenever there is congestion or slow traffic, the road itself changed color (instead of remaining purple). This would make it easier for drivers to anticipate and react to traffic conditions without relying only on borders or icons.

Waze on Android Auto drains battery even when charging unlike Google Maps
Device: Samsung Galaxy S23 FE
Android version: 15, One UI 7.0
Waze version: 5.10.0.2
Car setup: Android Auto, 15W fast chargingIssue:
When using Waze with Android Auto and YouTube Music, my phone battery drains even while connected to fast charging (15W charging is displayed).When I switch to Google Maps under the exact same setup, my phone charges normally and the battery level increases as expected.
This suggests that Waze is consuming more power than necessary on Android Auto. Please investigate and optimize Waze performance/battery efficiency for this scenario.

Since last update, reporting hazards situated before a previously reported hazard has been removed.
With hazards such as major potholes being indicated at about 500metres distance, the latest update has removed the ability to report other hazards which are found before the reported one. Following recent heavy rain in coastal NSW, there are some stretches of road where there may be 20 or 30 potholes over 300mm diameter in the space of 500 metres, none of which can now be reported.

CA HOV lanes
On some roads in CA 2+ can used HOV lanes for free. Allow an easy method to override avoid toll lanes. I know that I can uncheck avoid toll lanes in settings but don't want to chance forgetting to recheck avoid toll lanes after using HOV lanes when in carpoiol status.

Fixed speed limits (e.g., 120 km/h or 60 km/h) can mislead drivers, risking speeding tickets or accidents, especially on long stretches without repeater signs. Showing no limit confuses users and suggests unedited segments. This issue frustrates Waze communities in the UK, USA, India, Canada, and beyond, demanding a smarter solution.Current Options

Indicateur de vitesse
Bonjour,
Ne serait il pas possible de remonter un peu l'indicateur de vitesse sur la carte afin qu'il reste bien visible quand l'indicateur d'événements en bas de l'écran remonte ?c'est une situation agaçante dans le sens où on ne sait vraiment pas si on est loin de la bonne vitesse, et essayer de le faire disparaitre avec un doigt tout en roulant est trop dangereux.

Custom voice pack sold on Play Store
I would like to be able to create my own custom voice pack for turn-by-turn navigation. I've heard that this is a possible but not a way to create a voice pack that can be sold in the Play Store and monetize. Please allow this to happen as I have several ideas on fun ways to make navigation voice over more fun!

Mode Conduite accompagnée et Apprentis
Il serait bien, pour les jeunes en conduite accompagnée ou pour les Apprentis de créer un paramètre qui permettrait d'avoir les limitations de vitesse adéquates et l'heure d'arrivée correspondante.
De plus, un A ou CA, sur l'icône du Wazzer serait un petit plus pour faire se rendre compte aux autres utilisateurs qu'il y a aussi des novices autour d'eux.2 votes -
Feature Requests for Waze: Improving Cross-Border Travel in Europe
Because I use Waze and travel between countries in Europe, I felt the need for the following functionalities:
When planning a route, it should show which countries require a vignette, if you pass through areas that require additional fees, and specify what those areas are. (For example, I planned a trip from Germany to Hungary and received notifications that I needed special permits to travel, but I didn’t know what permits were required, which caused me some panic.)
While heading towards Vienna on the highway, there were signs indicating that highway A21 was blocked, yet Waze was showing the route…

Tambahkan lebih dari satu Add Stop
Adakan peningkatan opsi untuk menambahkan stop/tempat tujuan lebih dari satu. Sementara ini Waze hanya punya 1 “add stop”; apabila tambahan stop bisa lebih dari satu sangat memudahkan wazer membuat perencanaan perjalanan dari awal sampai akhir tujuan dengan baik, hemat waktu dan biaya. Pertimbangkan tambahan setiap stop ini bisa diedit sesuai kebutuhan.

Logo incendie/ feux de foret
Au vue du nombre important d incendie en France et partout ,ça serait bien pour les automobilistes et même les secours qui eux aussi utilise Waze d avoir un logo afin de signaler un incendie

Option to not have WAZE auto start on Android Auto. I don't need/want WAZE if i'm making short around town trips.
Many times if I'm going to be making short round-town errands, I don't really need WAZE. A simple option that would save on battery utilization and charge cycles. WAZE should initialize only when I run the app. This would extend the battery life and reduce the number of charge cycles thereby extending battery wear. You're SOL if you forget your charging cable.

Work with Apple to bring back Siri support for Waze
I found on a Google forum that you removed Siri support since Apple's new privacy policy "prohibits apps from collecting data about users' location without their consent." But arguments can be made that everything here is consensual. Please work to bring this back since it was a VERY useful feature for Car Play, in an era of dangerous touchscreen in our vehicles.
