Give us an option to put the estimated % slope of the highway on the map, like the current speed . you can calculate this based on the GPS data if the vertical accuracy is good enough.

Navigation Instructions
Can you change or have us the option for navigation instructions to say “ At the 2nd Intersection, turn right” “At the Stop, turn left” etc. instead of distances? Thnx :))

Hazard Listing
Can you look into prioritizing the hazards into auto sorting the most recent used items, many roads I travel the most used hazard is pothole, this should be top of the list for me. Next would be car on shoulder, construction and traffic lights rarely come up and these are listed first. you could auto sort based on users last selected or have some sort of favs option. perhaps even list the most top 3 reports on the reports screen. This would increase time on the device and safety as we drive and try to report.

Special preferences for Waze Volunteer Editors
I suggest special preferences for Waze Volunteer Editors for both recognition of Volunteer Editors and also benefit to Waze. Sort of like Mood characters for Editors as a reward. But in this case it would be for the benefit of Waze operations and easier reports.
- Make it possible to place "Report Map Problem" first in the list since we are constantly scanning for map improvements.
- Make it possible to preload the Report contents with Editor information. Example, I like to prefix my notes with [Note: Sr-Navi-Gator report] and then follow with what ever I am reporting. This way other editors…

Hallo liebes Waze Team,
aktuell bekomme ich ständig fragen, ob die Baustelle auf der A7 noch da ist. Die ganze Strecke von Bahrenfeld bis Harburg-Heimfeld ist beidseitig eine einzige laaaaange Baustelle. Könntet ihr das bitte so hinterlegen?

I have two suggestions
If there is an animal by the side of the road, then you should be able to quickly add that to a map so that other drivers could benefit from that information before they drove by.
After you leave a particular spot, you are no longer allowed to offer warnings or other relevant information that other drivers would benefit from. Case in point: I wanted to comment that there was a rabbit by the side of our road so that other drivers would become aware of that animal before they drove by. Alert
Before, I used to be able to go back to the alert type screen if I had chosen the wrong alert type. Now, if I make a mistake, the ability to place the alert is lost. Please bring back the ability to choose a different alert type without losing the alert.

Name previous trip
I can remove trip and see info and a couple other selections but can you add ability to name trip- traveling for work I like to immediately put in location I am going to work and then hotel and then airport and leave them sit and ready for quick start later- would be nice to name them making easier/quicker to select from previous trip list, instead of pick based on the address listed that I am terrible at remembering

Stop avoiding intersections with stoplights and routing to dangerous intersections.
I drive rideshare and I am constantly routed away from stoplights only to end up a very busy intersection that Waze wants me to cross or turn left onto a super busy cross-street that have low visibility due to cars parked along the side or large shrubbery. There is usually no way to turn around and I am stuck with having to wait for quite a long time for a safe time to cross or turn into high speed traffic. We need a Local Resident Tag for people's profiles with a form of Verification required to confirm this.
So, my suggestion is that we should have a "Local Resident" Tag placed on our profile for the region/area that we are in. You can verify this using Postcards with a Verification Code on them (that's how Nextdoor does it). I just feel like if we locals know something for 12 years and then confirm it from the owners, then it should be taken with a heavier weight than a grain of salt from a newbie. Im facing a bug/issue when i’m using apple car play, the speed displayed on waze is not accurate to my car speed.

Alternative roads color traffic alternator roads tome
Two ideas:
1. On car play can you put colors about traffic on regular Basic

Blocked Lane achievement points for reports and likes
The Blocked Lane report is a terrific addition to reports. However, Waze users do not get any credit in Achievements for seen or likes as they do on other reports. This disincentivizes users from using the feature. I hope Waze will allow users to collect points for reporting a blocked lane as they do on all other reports.

Safest route
In addition to quickest route, display safest route, incorporating factors like street lights at night, bad potholes, and animal crossing (e.g. deer crossing during dawn and dusk, when deer are out).
