Voice Nav: At the stop sign, turn left. At the stop light, turn right.
I was riding with a friend yesterday and the app he was using gave him voice instructions like "At the stop light, turn left" and "At the stop sign, turn right". This was way more user friendly and useful than using distances such as "In 300 feet, turn right".
Waze should add this functionality to its app as it's sometimes confusing which road to turn on when roads are close to each other and knowing that it's at a stop sig or light makes it very easy to figure out.

ברוח המצב הבטחוני במדינה עלה לי רעיון. אני משתמשת קבועה ברמה יומיומית. והיום כאשר הזנתי כתובת היעד אליו אני רוצה להגיע ( גרה בבאר שבע והמון מסתובבת בתוך העיר), לרגע חשבתי באיזו דרך כדאי לי לנסוע במידה ויתפוס אותי בדרך צבע אדום. איפה בדרך יש מיגוניות או מקלטים ציבוריים או בניינים יחסית צמודים לכביש כדי שאוכל במהרה לעצור בצד ולתפוס מכסה בזמן האזעקה. זה היה מאוד עוזר לאנשים כמוני. אם waze, לאחר הזנת כתובת היעד היה מציעה אפשרות לנהג לבחור דרך "מוגנת" יותר עם מפת פריסה של מקומות מוגנים או את הדרך הרגילה. וכמובן עם שיתוף פעולה מלא של פיקוד…

Why won’t the maps allow me to cross the dartford tunnel/ QE2 bridge
It won’t let me go through the tunnel or over the bridge. I have clicked allow the dart charge as an exemption but it makes no difference. Ive deleted it and re-downloaded it but it doesn’t work.

Je viens de découvrir qu'il existait Waze suggestion box alors que j'utilise Waze depuis des années.
A la lecture des différentes suggestions et commentaires on peut voir qu'il y a très peu de Français actifs.

Place of origin and departure time in planned drive
Hi waze! I always use your planned drive. The problem is, after I make a planned drive, I can't see the place of origin and departure time in planned drives' list. Only destination and arrival time are shown in the list. We're having hard time putting it in our record.

Chime when time to turn
I would like to have Waze set to only sound out warnings but also a chime (or distinct noice) when my turn is coming up.
I seem to miss my exits on country roads, but I don't want the chatter telling me what to do. Just a chime would be enough to make me look at Waze and not miss the exit.6 votes -

Soon turn notifications
I need sooner notice of a turn. With a 14’ trailer full of equipment I need sooner notifications of a turn. At 50 mph there is no way to stop or slow down when I have very little notice of a turn.
I need several notifications: 1/4 mile, 1500 feet, 1000 feet, 500 feet, 100 feet.
If there was a setting to set this it would help.

Have an actual time along with the eta time. This way you don't have to reduce waze to see the time. I do not have a clock in car dont

implementare l'app waze con comandi vocali integrati per le segnalazioni, es. "waze segnala lavori in corso" " waze segnala polizia" ecc.
Dare, con comandi vocali, le segnalazioni da fare, mentre si guida l'auto, onde evitare di distrarsi.
Attualmente per segnalare, ad esempio "autovelox", bisogna distogliere lo sguardo dalla guida per concentrarsi a toccare i comandi di segnalazione sul pannello di waze;
implementando i comandi vocali, tipo "ok google", si renderebbe la guida più sicura;
il comando potrebbe essere "ok waze", segnala pattuglia della polizia.
"ok waze", segnala auto ferma sul bordo strada.
"ok waze", segnala lavori in corso;

have a "slow vehicle" type with a CUSTOM TOP SPEED
I drive antique vehicles which are often slow but i don't mind driving on highways so dont want to check "avoid freeways", i would just like that the navigtion algorythm takes my top speed (50mph for one car 65 for the other one) into account when calculating the route.
this could be set in the "type of vehicles" menu, select "special" and have a customizable "top speed".
then, even on a 80mph road, waze would only consider i'll make 50 and maybe reroute me on a shorter path !

Always Show the final destination
I think it could be very helpful if the final destination is permanently shown on the active view. This can ensure I did not select Herzel St in Natanya instead of my correct destination which is Herzl St in Herzelia, by mistake. Being very easy to make a mistake like this, having the final destination always shown, could be not only more than helpful but sometimes save a lot of trouble/time/money and many more.

Car Park Rates
Kindly add in carpark parking rates if possible. Currently the function to view possible nearby parking areas/lots is very useful but it'll be a plus if charging rates are included.

"Workers Present" Notification
Posts a notification for both sides/median of the roadway which identifies workers (road crew, landscaping, linemen, etc) present either near or on the roadway. The concern is for their safety.

Work w/ US government for wildlife overpass and underpass placement
I think you should team up with USA state and federal governments with the data you get from roadkill airings so they know where to place the ecoducts ecobridges, also known as the Wildlife overpass and underpasses or tunnels. This would help with biodiversity.
