Adding signs for no left turn/u turn or right turn
Is it possible for waze to show signs for knowing when a left turn or u turn or right turn or going straight and a left turn/u turn is prohibited because I see too much of it on the road thinking it’s ok cause I’m guessing they follow wazes directions too much

Alert regarding illegal waste disposal sites.
Hello Wase!! My name is Carlos Reckert, I am a software engineering student and I am currently developing a university extension project on the UN SDGs. My idea is that, since there is already a feature to report potholes in the road in the application, a function should also be added to report locations with irregular disposal of household waste and debris. This would be another public and social utility promoted by your platform. The social impact would be significant not only in my city/community, but anywhere there is an active user willing to engage. This initiative would facilitate the identification of the problem by the responsible sectors so that they could address it, educate/raise awareness among the population about the risks of irregular waste disposal, and significantly reduce damage to nature, since with the rains these wastes are carried to rivers or scattered throughout the environment. I believe that my idea is not difficult to implement, has a low cost for the platform and a great impact on society. Carlos Reckert, software engineering student and active Wase user.

Waze driving profiles
I am using waze while Driving my car and I am also using waze while driving my motorcycle.
While using my car, I do not use alerts. While driving my motorcycle I am using a lot of alerts because you cannot check your Phone so often.
I think a new feature using different profiles for different vehicles would be very nice for a lot of people2 votes -

Hazard types needed
We have a lot of veld fires either directly alongside the road, or where the smoke from a nearby fire blows across the road. The closest hazard type to this is fog, which is different, because flames on the shoulder are as much a hazard as the smoke causing poor visibility. It would be good to as this as a hazard type.
We also have a lot of pedestrians that (illegally) walk along the shoulders of highways & freeways. It would be good to add this as a hazard type, along with which side of the road they're on.

Pothole in specific lanes/ on shoulder and other stuff too
I want waze to say a couple of things
1. I like the idea of knowing where potholes are on the road but I would really like it if it said what lane it’s in and what shoulder it’s on that way I’m not noticing it at the last minute
2. I would really like it if waze said in 1,000 feet turn left or right onto this or that road I miss it when waze says that it would be really helpful for a lot of wazers imo2 votes -

Velocidad al avisar de radar
Al avisar de un radar de velocidad estaría muy bueno que avise también la velocidad máxima que el mismo controla, de forma de no tener que andar mirando el mapa para saber cual es la velocidad máxima permitida en dicha calle.

i like apple maps using lights as directions.
For example:
“at the next light turn __”
“go past this light and at the next one turn __”i like waze for the reports, but i go back to apple maps when im in a city i don’t know

Road closed in uk
We need to be able to inform Waze that the road ahead is closed so it will re route us a different way but not keep trying to take us back that way

Je souhaite proposer une amélioration simple mais très utile concernant la mise à jour des prix carburant dans Waze.
Problème constaté
Actuellement, la mise à jour des prix carburant dépend uniquement des wazers qui connaissent l’existence de la fonction ou qui tombent sur l’écran de modification en naviguant dans les menus.
Résultat :Beaucoup d’utilisateurs ignorent qu’ils peuvent mettre à jour les prix les prix restent parfois obsolètes plusieurs jours la fiabilité globale des stations s’en ressent les contributeurs réguliers doivent compenser en mettant à jour manuellement de nombreuses stationsProposition d’amélioration :
Ajouter un bouton clairement visible sur la fiche de chaque station-service :
“Mettre à jour les prix carburant”
Ce bouton serait accessible et surtout visible en permanence pour tous les utilisateurs, même ceux qui ne connaissent pas les menus avancés.
Fonctionnement souhaité
Le bouton apparaît directement sur la fiche de la station Un simple appui ouvre l’écran de mise à jour des prix L’utilisateur peut modifier un ou plusieurs carburants Validation en un clic Pas de changement dans le système de vérification existantAvantages
Mise à jour des prix plus fréquenteAffichage visuel direct dans l'application pour tous les utilisateurs de la possibilité de mettre à jour eux même le prix ce qui donnerait des prix reflétant la réalité et pas les prix repris de gouv.fr qui ne seront jamais juste car trop changeant et jamais à jour à l'instant "T"
Données carburant plus fiables pour tous Contribution facilitée pour les utilisateurs occasionnels Réduction de la charge pour les contributeurs réguliers Amélioration de l’expérience globale des conducteursImpact positif
Cette amélioration rendrait Waze plus collaboratif, plus précis et plus utile au quotidien, surtout dans un contexte où les prix carburant évoluent rapidement.

Add features for RVs.
Add features for RVers. To be able to add your RV dimensions so Waze can provide warnings of low bridges or tight corners and provide alternate route around these hazards.

Amélioration du paramètre “Éviter les péages”
Bonjour,
Je souhaite vous soumettre une problématique que je rencontre régulièrement lors de l’utilisation de Waze, notamment à proximité des sections à péage.
Waze me redirige presque systématiquement vers une portion à péage pour gagner 1 ou 2 minutes, alors que ce gain de temps n’est pas toujours utile ni souhaité.
Lors de la programmation du trajet, il est possible de choisir un itinéraire sans péage ou un itinéraire plus touristique lorsque l’on a le temps, ce qui est très appréciable.
La reconfiguration du trajet en temps réel en fonction du trafic est une fonctionnalité formidable, voir géniale, qu’il est bien sûr important de conserver. Mais, en pratique, dès que le trafic évolue, Waze se reconfigure automatiquement vers une section à péage, surtout en région parisienne, sans redonner le choix à l’utilisateur.
Exemple :
Je programme un trajet vers Paris en refusant les péages, car je ne suis pas pressé. Mais à chaque reconfiguration automatique liée au trafic, Waze me renvoie vers le péage, sans me demander mon avis.
Il est bien possible de paramétrer l’option « éviter les péages », ce qui est utile, mais cette solution présente deux inconvénients :
• On oublie souvent que ce paramètre est activé, et on se prive alors de l’information sur le prix et le temps lors du choix du trajet.
• Ce paramètre reste actif pour les trajets suivants, ce qui peut entraîner des surprises et de grosses difficultés si l’on ne pense pas à le désactiver.
En résumé, le choix d’éviter les péages est figé, alors qu’il devrait être plus visible et plus flexible d’un trajet à l’autre.
Propositions d’amélioration à étudier :
1. Ajouter un pictogramme visuel (par exemple un émoji ou un symbole péage) visible sur l’écran, au moment où la navigation commence et barré d’une croix rouge lorsque les péages sont refusés, afin de savoir immédiatement dans quelle option on est.
2. Voir Proposition 1 d'ajouter un symbole «péage» , avec un symbole actif, c’est-à-dire avec la possibilité de cliquer dessus pour modifier le choix : accepter ou refuser les péages à tout moment pendant la navigation sans perturber la conduite
3. Afficher une alerte de confirmation claire lors d’un changement vers un péage
Lorsque Waze reconfigure le trajet en temps réel et qu’un itinéraire avec péage devient plus rapide, l’application pourrait afficher une notification simple, par exemple :« Un itinéraire avec péage permet de gagner 2 minutes. Souhaitez-vous l’emprunter ? »

Cette alerte pourrait :
apparaître uniquement si l’utilisateur avait initialement refusé les péages,
être temporaire (3–5 secondes) pour ne pas perturber la conduite,
être désactivable dans les paramètres pour les utilisateurs qui ne souhaitent pas être sollicités.
4. Proposer un mode par défaut (accepter ou refuser les péages), et faire en sorte que chaque nouvelle programmation de trajet revienne automatiquement à ce mode par défaut, évitant ainsi les oublis.
5. Créer un choix “pour ce trajet uniquement”
Lors du paramétrage du trajet, proposer clairement :
Éviter les péages pour ce trajet
Éviter les péages par défaut (tous les trajets)
Cela éviterait que le paramètre reste actif par erreur sur les trajets suivants,Bonjour,

Would be great if Waze could project your navigation though tunnels when you lose gps.. instead of trying to find your location elsewhere
Would be great if Waze could project your navigation though tunnels when you lose gps.. instead of trying to find your location elsewhere. It knows you entered the tunnel and shown you the exit to the, but when you lose gps signal it can’t find you and you can take wrong exits.. also stating each trip should allow you to choose tolls or not..

Directions and Timing for Bicycle and Walking
It would be amazing if Waze could add directions and timing for bicycles and walking. I was flabbergasted to find these features weren’t in the App when I needed walking directions in NYC, New York, and again when I got lost and was looking for directions while cycling in downtown San Antonio, Texas. I’m always hoping and waiting for these features to be added with each update. Please consider adding walking and cycling to the App.

Speedometer color
Speedometer needs a different background color then black.when over the limit speed turns red and with the black background so hard to see!!!! Google Maps uses white and you can see so much better!!!!

Integrate Waze with Google nest cameras
It would be great to be able to connect to Google Nest cameras/doorbell through Waze while driving. Presently, if my phone alerts to someone at the door I have to pull over to use my phone to converse with them. If that was possible through the screen on the car it would make it much simpler. I know a number of Waze users that would switch their camera doorbell provider if this were possible with the Google product.

Rotherhithe Tunnel avoid for vans
Vans cannot use the Rotherhithe Tunnel or face a fine. Please give the option to go through Tunnel or re-route to avoid fine.
