It no longer works correctly with Android Auto
Adding addresses by voice no longer works.
There are too many buttons now that used to be under 1 button that was way easier to get to rather than dialing through this mess.
Tha map is covered by big black text balloons that don't need to be so large.
It doesn't load correctly half the time.
I literally have to disconnect my phone from the car, enter my destination, start it, then hook it back up to the Android Auto.

Holiday lights
People can nominate and submit pictures of their house decorated with holiday lights (can be Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, etc). Then when someone uses Waze to drive they can chose to drive a way that takes them through the house holiday lights or take a route just to look at Christmas lights. I think people would love this!

Hazard reporting when not driving
There needs to be a way to report hazards after you’ve driven / not while your in the current area. I’ve been in multiple situations where there has been a hazard like a crash or roadworks where i’m not in a position to be using my phone while driving as to fully pay attention to my surroundings. I feel only having hazard reporting able to work while driving is a bit dangerous and by including the ability to report things you’ve encountered on your drive at home or when your not behind the wheel would benefit the safety of yourself…

speed camera popup
The speed camera warning popup obscures the lane guidance when used in Android Auto. Lane guidance is more important than the speed warning, especially when getting close to highway exits or when the upcoming turn is close to the speed camera. Please reduce the speed camera pop up or move it elsewhere!

One touch Highway/No Highway route recalculation
so that I can check and see if the highways are doing worse than the side streets, it would be great to have a one touch button after the routes are calculated to switch to no highway, let the routes recalculate and then if I want to switch back to highway

add option to chose toll gates
an: I wish there is an option to chose the toll gates , if there are multiple tolls and i need to choose one . more over update the tool which is free on sunday .
also add option for the free tolls ( eg maktoum bridge) so that people can go through the toll, even though it is routed avoid tolls

Affichage carte
Il serait judicieux que les trajets sur la carte ne masquent pas la dénomination des routes. On ne voit quasiment pas le numéro d'une autoroute, d'une nationale etc. Cette info devrait apparaître par-dessus le trait du trajet.

select locations to avoid
Click a specific location you want to avoid (dangerous, long light, frequent traffic, personal reasons, etc). If you can click to add a stop to a route, you should be able to select a location and say Avoid this (Just for this trip, Save to un-favorites list, or Always avoid). Currently I have to add a fake stop to trick Waze into rerouting around a known bad spot.

Permanent show POIs on Android Auto map (configurable)
I would like to show some additional POIs like charging stations, parking places and gas stations on the Android Auto map permanently (configurable). If I want to charge my car I need an extra search request to find a proper charging station.

2 ideas for routing
Have an option to base economic routes on the cars MPG. It would basically be googles econ route but made tailored to your MPG rather than on car average. Another thing would be to add traffic lights and stop signs to account for on the trip.

Add widgets in android like google map. Directions, Share location etc. Quick accessibility of the saved location will be more helpful.

Cantidad de coches en retenciones
Poder ver el tiempo de retención en atascos, calculando la cantidad de coches que hay y la velocidad a la que circulan, estos datos de feedback los deberías de poder adquirir sin problema, ya que la app ya marca velocidad y cada coche que la use se podría registrar por vuestro sistema, gracias a esto podríamos tener más información sobre atascos en tiempo real, esto ayudaría a calcular mejor una ruta alternativa para todos y reduciría los atascos, también conseguiría tiempos de cálculo de ruta más realistas, es muy incómodo ver cómo el tiempo de ruta aumenta una vez estás…

Waze told me to turn east on Jaffa road (tel aviv) which is a public transport lane and is illegal to drive on with a private vehicle

Lettering and symbol size increase independent of background. Alpine GPS has larger overlay than pioneer han Pioneer
Map overlay,(place and street names, speed symbol) are large rand clearer on Alpine GPS than Pioneer. As this appears to have a separate function, an option control for size and darkness appreciated.
All map editing functions( contras, colour, temp) on current app will not alter this aspect. Zoom map size increases but text too small.1 vote -

Upon selecting the "Cha Cha Navigator" voice, users are greeted with: "Welcome to the Cha Cha Navigator! Let's slide through traffic together."

Integration with AAIdrive
As the author of AAIdrive, an open-source app that adds some custom apps to the legacy BMW iDrive system, my users keep asking for integration with their favorite apps, and Waze is very popular indeed! Is there any possibility to integrate either the hazards list or perhaps a full Waze experience?

Police
Is there a way to possibly verify as law enforcement (through third-party app, such as id.me) and have a police car added as a vehicle. Would be neat to have an option to also show blue lights (on vehicle icon) when making a drive while running lights and siren
