New roads
Dear Waze Team,
I have been a dedicated Waze user for several years. Recently, I discovered that I could contribute by making map corrections when I tried to report a missing road. A Waze representative reached out to me online, I provided details, and within a couple of days, the road was added to the map. I truly appreciate this level of responsiveness and community engagement.
I would like to propose a collaboration. I am the administrator of an off-road club in Azerbaijan, and we frequently travel across the country using old topographic maps that include roads not currently available…

Differentiate alternative routes from each other by color
If you display alternative routes while actively navigating/driving, they will all be displayed in the same color. It would be helpful to display each route in a different color for easy differentiation.

Could we have a pause navigation feature
Could we have a pause feature, so your phone isn't telling everyone in the petrol station to turn left! You have to close the app and restart navigation if you need to stop somewhere, very annoying

Pause Google News from playing when Waze is talking.
Waze is always talking over Google News. Very annoying. It would be much better to pause the News so things are not missed.

Option to change speech/sound/mute/do not show notifications
The current situation is that I can choose for each alert Show on map on / off, Warn while driving on / off. What should be is that it should be possible to choose from a menu: Do not warn / Warn on display only / Warn with a 'ding' sound / Warn with a voice 'Caution...'

Spotify connection glitch
Everytime I change song usually the name of the song/artist shows up on my screen. But for a few seconds with a bar showing how long it's going to stay for. Now it shows the song and artist name for 1FRAME. Legitimately a single frame. And no matter what troubleshooting I do nothing has changed.

Pimsleur compatibility with Waze
Is it, or will it be possible to use Pimsleur in tandem with Waze. I can currently play Spotify and TuneIn but not Pimsleur. This would help productivity.

It would be great it if you could include the Fak brothers (from TV series "The Bear") in the application.

Permission to use a specific private road
In many places there is more than one access road, one for guests and one for residents. The entrance that is for residents only is usually marked as a private road. WAZE takes me a full circle to get around the entrance that I am allowed to use as a resident. I suggest that there should be an option to add permissions to use a particular private road.

names of destinations
please let waze start saying the names of destinations when they’re reached like for example your destination Kroger’s is on your left hand side or your right hand side or is ahead and also please have waze say please and thank you and please add these features now starting today

Allow reporting after cap hit
Currently when reporting multiple road closures there is a cap on reports, but sometimes this is necessary e.g on my case, trying to get home during a flood event.
When the cap is hit, allow the report for that user only, so they can at least still find a route home. This will still ensure protection from abuse of the report function.1 vote
