    Dear developer!

    Fuckit a very long time I use the application, is extremely proud of.
    My question would be:

    I often use this application so that it runs in the background and the display is turned off.

    It would be helpful if certain point of time as the application is expected to announce the time of arrival.
    Not too often to be annoying, but it can be switched off, this option could also be an option.

    I think that the destination is entered after the text greeting when the program thanks and good wishes your way, announce to the expected…

  8. Give an easier way to contact Waze!

    My drive info isn't being populated and I can't contact anybody for help. it's been a week now and nothing is appearing. I need to info for exact mileage info.

    I'm not happy that help just takes me around in circles and nobody is answering my query on the forum either. It's quite shocking that there is no level of support available.

    Posting here since there is no way to contact support except here.

  11. Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either

    I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.

  12. Option to force Waze to use the word Exit instead of Keep

    If https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59223-waze-suggestion-box/suggestions/15665313-waze-s-definition-of-keep-is-wrong is rejected, please add an option to make the application replace "Keep" with "Exit."

  16. Calculate speed of travel adjusted for vehicles turning around

    This morning I was caught in a traffic jam in which we traveled 1 mile in 24 minutes. The app was showing travel speed for the area of 8-12 mph at the time because of the number of vehicles exiting the traffic jam to turn around or cutting out of the traffic through side streets. This causes inaccuracy in the eta and may have resulted in routes 'b' or 'c' being faster.     I have 2 ideas to improve WAZE

    1. While travelling, the passenger vehicle driver needs alerts on his/her mobile and also on FM radio, This can be made possible by tapping the mobile numbers of the drives when they start travelling. As soon the vehicle engine is started, via blue tooth the driver mobile numbers should get integrated with the passenger vehicle GPS system. This will enable drivers to get automatic alerts w.r.t to traffic jams, accidents etc. The radius of the alerts should be sent to vehicles which are in the radius of 1-2 miles.
