Street Name Display Optional
Hello,
I’d like to suggest an improvement to the navigation interface in Waze. Currently, street names are displayed systematically, which can clutter the screen and reduce the clarity of essential guidance elements (arrows, distances, lane instructions).
I propose adding an option to:
- disable the automatic display of street names during navigation;
- or limit their appearance to the immediate vicinity of the destination, where this information is truly useful for identifying the final location.This would allow for a cleaner, more readable interface and reduce distractions, especially in dense urban environments.

Second and third lane early warnings
Second and third lane early warnings. Through many of my travels in south america i often have to pass busses, trucks or slow cars. Many times i had to pass them on a straight with high visibility, but sometimes i had to pass or a short straight. Many of those times i'd just pass them and a second or third lane would open after a hill or very short time. Indication of danger zones even without navigation With Android Auto
Is it possible to receive notifications of danger zones even when using Waze without navigation?
Living in France, we have danger zones, not speed cameras.
The problem is that the danger zone notifications only exist when using navigation with Waze, and if no one reports a speed camera, we don't receive any notifications!

Add automatically scheduled stops to route that survives rerouting
I would like to navigate somewhere and tell Waze to plan rest stops periodically (1 hour, 90 minutes, whatever), and for waze to figure out where to stop.
If Waze reroutes because of traffic conditions it should figure out the new stops.

Hi Ella and colleagues, I have a waze suggestion. Please ask the Waze engineer to please add an option in the Settings of the App for the end-user: please let me explain first. Waze no longer is asking for re-routing permission - Waze now just dynamically (automatically) re-routes now in the middle of navigating. And I understand why, this is because to minimize distraction. Introducerea mai multor tipuri de autovehicule în porțiunile de selecție (autoutilitară n1/n2/n3)
Propun implementarea unei funcționalități prin care utilizatorii aplicației Waze să poată selecta tipul de autovehicul utilizat (de exemplu: autoturism, autoutilitară N1, N2, N3, camion, ansamblu cu remorcă etc.), iar aplicația să adapteze traseul și restricțiile de circulație în funcție de caracteristicile vehiculului.

navigation update
This application needs a closer accurate navigation were you are driving and show more patterns in the lane instead of the purple line covering the whole track when traveling. Last one I want to suggest is make a new option of someone wants to avoid highways and drive only on normal roads.

Areál JZD Horní Bojanovice 124 se nachází přímo u hlavní silnice, kde je situován i vjezd a přesto jsou kamiony a ostatní dopravci naváděny přes polní cestu a vždy dojedou na místo, kde není žádný vjezd do areálu.

Scenic drive routes
There are scenic drive routes in some cities around the world. I am in San Francisco and SF has a 49 miles Scenic Drive that we need to follow a bird sign. Sometimes we lost it and have to return back. My idea is to Waze navegante from where I am to the nearest location where the Scenic Route is and then continue to this Scenic Route until where I started. this route. Add Option to Choose Vehicle Icon Position
Suggestion:
Hello Waze team,Many users, including myself, find it difficult to use Waze on large screens because the vehicle icon is displayed on the right side of the screen by default. For drivers seated on the left side (left-hand drive vehicles), this creates visual discomfort and requires more eye effort to follow the route.

Suggestion: Add Visual Guidance for Flyovers and Exits
Hi Waze Team,
I have a simple but very useful suggestion — please consider adding a clear visual indicator showing whether to take or skip a flyover/exit.
In busy city centers, where multiple exits and roads are close together, it can be confusing to know which ramp or flyover to take. Often, you might see an exit just before the correct one and take it by mistake, only to realize too late — which can easily add 20–30 minutes to a trip.

Nome rua em que estamos
Mostrar a todo momento no rodapé o nome da rua em que o veículo está. Isso ajudaria bastante o motorista a se situar e evitar equívocos. Além do mais aplicativos similares já possuem esse recurso.
