  1. Choose a point by long-tapping the map AFTER searching for a general location

    Every other driving/map app can do it, why can't Waze?

    You search for a destination in the text box, then you navigate on the map to find the exact location, you pin-point it on the map and you go. So simple. So basic. So 2025. Why is such a basic feature missing from Waze???

  2. Full visual lane guidance (like TomTom or Sygic)

    Hello,
    I would like to suggest adding full visual lane guidance to Waze, similar to what TomTom or Sygic offer.

    This means showing all lanes clearly on the screen, with the correct lane highlighted using arrows or lines, not just a small icon or short instruction.

    The current Direction card with a lane icon is helpful, but not enough, especially when driving on highways or in complex intersections.

    A visual guide across the screen would make navigation safer and easier to follow – especially for less experienced drivers or tourists.

    Please consider adding this feature in future updates.

  3. Add Average Speed Display Next to Remaining Distance in Speed Camera Zones

    I have a feature suggestion that could greatly enhance driver awareness and safety:
    Please display the current average speed next to the remaining distance when driving in zones monitored by average speed cameras.

    Why this matters:

    It helps drivers maintain the right pace throughout the entire zone.

Reduces last-minute braking near the end of the zone.

Makes the driving experience less stressful and more controlled.

    Other navigation apps are beginning to include similar features, and I believe Waze can do it even better.

  4. Parking icons on map being optional

    Please add an option to let user turn on or off parking icons in map. Because having a lot of parking icons on map for busy areas makes the map messy and not really usable

    Good day
    When the maps open up there is no visible clock to see the time. Would it be possible to display the time on the maps screen as well.
    Especially in vehicles that does not have.

  7. Add the Traffic Light time to green and recommended speed to avoid red lights capability for cities that have this info. Time to red is also

    Utilize data from cities that have traffic light info available.

    Calculate red light timing where this data from cities are not yet available. Bu using existing Wyze traffic data at high traffic red light intersections you can provide most of this valuable info directly.

    With this data on directions map display:

    • Show time to red ( useful for red light cams and avoid accidents)
    • Show Time to green
    • Show ideal speed to minimize red lights

  8. Please add Fire & Ambulance Icons

    Please add Fire & Ambulance Icons that can be added like police. A road may be blocked by crews who do not fit the police, construction or a crash options.

  9. Speedo placement is obscured completely by speed camera popup warnings!

    The Speedo is completely obliterated by speed camera timed warning popups. Please move it back to the left underneath the lane guidance directions or make it movable to anywhere onscreen. You can't see the speed limit and your speed because the popup covers it!
    I've been using Waze on Huawei p30 for three years so it works on my device and always has done.

  10. show charging stations for electric vehicles along the route

    Google Maps and other navigation apps show charging stations for electric vehicles along the route, when this is der up as POI. This feature would also be desirable in Waze.

  11. One-way streets are hard to understand

    It's hard to tell which streets are one-way on the Waze app, so I'd like to see signs or a stronger indication of the direction of one-way streets so they're more visible.

  14. Add Location Pole info to routes (next to roads)

    Add the number of the position poles to the route

    example

    A1 92.1 Li,
    A10 100.1 Re

    This way you can tell where you are to police, ambulance etc.. when there is a carcrash, or other emergency situations

  15. Reduce height of Warnings bar

    Using Waze landscape on Android speed camera warnings etc cover up speed indicator, could be half the height, very frustrating and turned off all the warnings.

  16. Optional Weather/storm overlay

    I think it would help to have an optional weather overlay into the app. Alerts concerning weather from other users are great but this would be a game changer.

  17. Speed limit/Speedometer

    Recent change to the speed limit sign being pushed to the right vs being on the lower left is not working. I have to search for it. Also any alerts covers up the speed icon. Also the left hand part of the screen is useless as everything pushed to the right. In busy traffic conditions this can be dangerous.

  18. Google should allow the use of Hybrid (aerial/satellite and transportation) maps on this app. Some points of interest, driveways, landscapes

    Google, bc they own Waze, should allow the use of Hybrid (aerial/satellite and transportation) maps on this app. Some points of interest, driveways, landscapes, etc. can only be navigated to if I can see it on a map. Please, and thanks otherwise for offering different alternate routes and features from Google Maps.
