In Canada need Waze to verbally alert to speed camera approaching no matter if over the speed limit or not.
Have Waze ALWAYS verbally alert when approaching a speed camera no matter if the driver is over the speed limit or not.

North Carolina
Highway patrol is utilizing artificial intelligence cameras. Drivers need to be warned about a quarter mile in advance We need to be able to tag these cameras on Waze2 votes -

Announce speed limit when showing speed camera like " Speed trap ahead limit 80km/hr " and add beeping sound when it is near for both the cameras

It would be great if the distance of the alerts was customizable - so that warnings could be provided earlier.

Vehicle on left or right type of vehicle
How about being able to add us a vehicle is on the right or left side of the direction you’re traveling, and also adding if it’s a car or truck?

Inform about traffic slow downs before the exit instead of after you passed an exit and the next one is in the slowdown or stopped traffi.
On my trip home from the eclipse I was notified just after passing an open exit that there was a traffic slowdown. I almost turned up the exit ramp, but decided that continuing would be safer NOT. NEXT time that happens I will most likely break that law.

Police Otherside has been eliminated?! Not showing on roads previously used. Police other side is gone from choices. Why? Many municipalities are about revenue and not safety. Artificially low speed limits are cash cows.

Dead animal option in hazards
There have been several times where dead animals have been described as "objects". For example, today I saw someone's dog who had died on the road was described as an "object". As someone who is very upsetted by dead animals, I would like there to be an option for "dead animal" so I know not to look. I know there used to be an option for it, but now it seems to be gone.

Display all permanent hazards & speed bumps on a route
Currently the client only displays the first speed bump in an area on your route, with a warning 'speed bumps ahead'
Please display all speed bumps/ permanent hazards as visual icons on the route whilst keeping the initial vocal warning.2 votes -

State line
When crossing into a different state it would be nice to receive an audible alert and/or a pop up notification that you have crossed into a new state like Google maps does. When on a long road trip sometimes we don’t know what state we have crossed into and it would be helpful to get notified.

Warning of security events
Hello. I have an idea.
That the Wiz will give a warning about security events on your way.
This is especially effective in places where there are many security incidents like the State of Israel.

Il y a de plus en plus de voitures banalisées en France. Mais impossible à signaler. Il y a déjà le signalement « Police visible ou caché » pourquoi pas ajouter la possibilité de mettre « Police en mouvement » pour signaler des voitures banalisées.
