Landscape redesign
Please can you redesign the landscape mode on Waze. The black box at the top with next turn and street name is to big. Reducing the size or making it transparent would let us see more of the map. Also the small black box at the button with time and distance could be split and move next to the navigation and report button. This would also give more screen space for the map.

New button for parking.

I would like to have a button for parking in the navigation pane as key fuel so I can find a parking garage or a parking space close to my destination.

Spotify Compatibility
When listening to Spotify while navigating using Waze, the audio will stop when Waze detects a hand wave. The audio stops to receive a voice command. Often this hand wave detection is detected by accident. This is not the issue. The issue is that upon canceling or finishing the voice command, Waze restarts audio, but the original source of the audio is ignored, and Waze starts audio from the ITunes Music Library. 1 voteThank you for your suggestion! As you may already know, Waze is now integrated with several audio apps including Spotify, Deezer, TuneIn, iHeart Radio, Pandora and more. Just go to Settings > Audio Player and pick your favorite app.

Share route and location with friends.
Give an option to share not only your route but also your location on that route with your friends. This would be a safety feature. In the event that you don't make it to your destination, your friend could see your location. This idea is inspired by the loss of a fellow student who was in a one vehicle accident on her way home to visit for the weekend. Her car ended up under a bridge and she was not found for three days. waze for motorcycle
There should be an option on waze to use motorcycle or even bikes.
I like to use waze but when I'm riding a moto it shows alternative ways to avoid traffic. The problem is that when riding moto I don't get stuck in traffic.
And if I use waze when riding I'm afraid to trick the system and send informations that there is no traffic on the road when actually there is.21 votesThank you for your suggestion! Searching for the next gas station is useful. An option to search for the nearest public toilet would be nice.
Sometimes you just need to know the fastest way to the nearest toilet.

motorcycle wazers
Many wazers ride motorcycles. Myself included. One problem I run in to is that sometimes I don't know if waze is still running since it can be turned off in pocket accidently and so on. It would be cool if there was a motorcycle setting that a person could activate that would tell the waze voice to check in with the rider by saying that they are still on the proper heading.

Ability to select the types of hazards to enable/disable
Sometimes, certain hazards are not very helpful and are more of a distraction than anything. For example, vehicles stopped on the shoulder, weather, and missing sign are not very important and I dismiss them every time I see it. At times I feel like disabling hazards altogether.

Avoid ferry's
Dears, I had some serious issues in Hungary and had to make extra 150 km because there is no such option to avoid ferry's... iGo has it and works super and I had to chamge from Waze to iGo to find my final destination... Could be a really good new option in Navigation

Parking around destination
When you start to navigate to an address you'll have the option to "navigate to parking" and Waze will take you to the closest parking around. after the parking Waze will navigate you in "walk mode" to the real destination.

Waze can currently direct your partial walking route when it’s a part of a drive or carpool.
We are currently not planning on adding walking mode for complete routes.

Waze para Motocicletas (Waze for Motorcicles)
Em São Paulo, no Brasil, há um grande número de motociclistas que utilizam o Waze diariamente, como eu. Porém, o navegador recalcula as rotas conforme o trânsito de carros, o que não é interessante para nós, devido aos corredores de motos (faixas entre os carros). Por isso, gostaria de sugerir que fosse criado um modo especial para motos, que pode ser dentro do próprio programa, que não recalcule as rotas da mesma maneira que faz para os carros. No caso, recalcularia somente em casos de bloqueios ou acidentes. Desde já, agradeço e parabenizo pelo aplicativo, que nos ajuda muito!

define the navigation logic so that it will skip narrow streets, traffic lights, stop signes, any road when the average speed is under 40 km/h etc. Allow for a 20% longer ride, but get me home fresh and not drained...
