Azerbaijani Language Support

Dear Waze Team,

Loving your app and using it on a daily basis! I would like to ask you to add support for Azerbaijani language (both written and spoken). This is due to the fact that the app is getting popular in here but street names can not be pronounced properly due to the alphabet.

Please consider this request and I am ready to support with the development and assistance! Keep up the good work!
