I have a problem and cannot solve it because I cannot contact Waze: I receive a verificaion code, enter it, Waze thinks it has found me. I click "Yes it's me" and then I get a "Sorry, despite all our efforts, we are unable to verify your account. It must be lost somewhere in the stratosphere..."
Then, I am supposed to create a new account and lose my 13000 or so points !
This is inadmissible. There should be a way for me to contact you and this "lost somewhere" be fixed.
Please help me.
