Reporting of road works to actually work
I report the same lane closure every day and as a royal user I'm confused as to why I'm being ignored?? Would be great if reports actually worked

Hear, hear!!!
This post is nearly 5 years old and yet the problem is exactly the same now as it was then.
I am on the verge of giving up reporting the same long-term road works day after day after day.
