Distance to next maneuver sent to car's Android Auto capable head unit
While running inside Android Auto, it would be nice if Waze would send the distance to the next maneuver to the car's head unit.
For example, while Google Maps runs in AA, on the car's instrument cluster and heads up display the next maneuver can be seen, including the distance to it. When Waze runs in AA, only the next maneuver can be seen, without the distance to it.

I have a Honda Civic (Android Auto on Samsung Galaxy S10e) and (on Google Maps) my instrument Cluster shows the distance to next turn/arrival/roundabout and shows which turn or exit I should take. On Waze, none of this information is visible.

Maybe I am not understanding your particular situation, but the distance to the next turn, etc is clearly seen on my head unit in AA. Maybe your head unit's display is too small for it to show?
