Add the ability to map parking lots and parking areas
The map should contain markings for parking lots and parking areas available in an area, so that upon arrival the client can request to show all available parking solutions within a specified radius.

I agree with this. If the idea is to get people off the road faster then getting the nearest garage is perfect.
