Make car icon customizable
Make the little car icon on the screen while I'm navigating customizable. I'd like to be able to make it look like my car...starting with my car's color. You could have a small number of car types (truck, van, sedan, sports car), or a more elaborate library of make/model/year (I vote for 2010 Chevy Camaro!)

Need a Ford F-150 truck icon or at least a regalular pickup icon. Customisable color would be great too.

I loved the Miata icon and it was taken away last week. I’d love if this and other cars be brought back / added rather than the generic color car options

and can you add different makes? like toyota or subaru so when i get my first car i can me a lightly used(scratches) Toyota Matrix XR

Yes i think that would be a great idea and have different conditions of a car so you can know if you want to carpool with the guy with the nice BMW vs the guy with the beat up hyundai

Please add more car options! Right now there's a few basic and tacky cars, but the list hasn't been expanded in years! How about fun holiday-themed vehicles, or popular cars? Maybe different shapes, colored arrows, etc.

Agree. Would love the ability to do this. I have a custom Mini Cooper icon on my Garmin Nüvi which is 3 years old. Disappointing I can't do this on a modern platform like Waze.

Wake currently has a way to do this. It is limited, but there are choices of different cars. Go to my waze, settings, display settings, my car.

I'd like to be able to upload my own images for the my car icon. I just need the dimensions, and ability to include an alpha chanel (png works nicely) and the number of images required to make it work and I'm all for it.

Garmin and TomTom have the ability to upload customized BMP files so you don't have to use just the main gallery of symbols. It would be great to have that here too.
