Help clients to recover lost points
Good afternoon. Use your wonderful product daily for over almost three years now. 12 year-old son downloaded app for me. Accumulated around 175,000 points, when a young nephew erased it from my phone.
How can I recover points when initial download listed my phone number instead of an email? Nothing has changed whatsoever with my account but informed that I simply have to open a new account and eat over two years of voluntary support to my fellow Wazers!!
Account was HazyMcLar under Larry Hay at phone number 4167954830. Was not able to open new account under same name. New account is HazyMcLar23 at phone number 4167954830 at email address lhay@hayven.co.uk.
It seems highly unfair that my points, legitimately earned over many months of voluntary contribution, that my points are so easily dismissed and ignored by your support department.
Isn't your fundamental business model and service dependent upon participants voluntary information sharing? I also fill out every business survey that crosses my screen. However, because I feel so disrespected by your support department it is very difficult to be motivated to enter information on my new anemic account.
Someone please respect my years of contribution by adding the points from my previous now dormant HazyMcLar account to my newer HazyMcLar23 account?
