Can you add an option to choose to not have my audio pause when Waze is giving an alerts so I can hear both simultaneously. Also, have a bit of distance between answer buttons as in is that car still on shoulders, yes/no I often will hit the wrong one if I hit a bump or something.

So the recent redesign added the button "Pause spoken audio" but this is not effective.
Even when we turn the switch off, it continues pausing the audio during announcements.

From one Music fan to another, please STOP Adjusting the bluetooth volume of my favorite song, for voice navigation!!! That is soooo annoying. I even tried to set the voice navigation to come through my phone instead, and Waze still turned down my bluetooth music.. ughhh. SOLUTIONS:: Either PAUSE the music, when doing the voice navigation, or just do the voice navigation, leaving bluetooth volume alone. You DON'T need to touch the bluetooth audio at all. Just let it mix naturally. If the user can't hear it, then can turn down their stereo volume manually if needed. This is a simple fix. Just remove the code, that lowers the volume of bluetooth. simple. Don't TOUCH MY MUSIC and FAVORITE SONGS PLEASE!!!! Thanks :)

Please give users to ability to stop Waze from hijacking the audio and lowering music being played. This is especially sensible when music is playing via car speakers while Waze is navigating over the phone speakers. There's literally no reason for Waze to interrupt the music in this case. And even if the music is playing on the phone, there could simply be a different volume bar for music.

As it stands, when Waze is giving voice directions, it lowers the volume of the music that is also streaming from my phone. I don't like this. Give me an option to turn this off. Let my music play full volume while Waze is giving voice directions

I want to listen to voice prompts from Waze but not at the expense of hearing my music. Nothing is more annoying than to have your favorite song constantly turned all the way down, in favor of a voice prompt. Most people are capable of listening to both at the same volume level. But for those who cant, let them turn up the volume of their voice prompt... dont auto-duck our music! Its very very annoying!
I enjoy my music, at a consistent level and am quite capable of hearing navigation voice at the same time without turning down my music. Please either allow us to disable the audio ducking, or allow us to control our voice prompt volume and music volume separately, like we can with Google navigation. Thank you!!

When i use waze with Apple Carplay than the instructions almost fully mute my car music.

Please make a option to change this.

It's particularly annoying with music turned up for a favourite song when the music stops when I reach the speed limit. I know that I will hear Waze's beep if it is simply played over the music at the same volume. Waze's is still by far my favourite satnav app as I can't out-smart it like I can out-smart the two Navmans I've owned, Google Maps, and Tom Tom. Google Maps just plays over the music as has been suggested here, surely Waze can too. Otherwise Waze is an AWESOME app which avoids traffic

During announces, Waze mutes the other apps media volume, even when Waze uses the phone speaker and the media uses the Bluetooth.
With the Bluetooth latency, the sound is muted to late on the Bluetooth and if we're listening to an audio book, we lose much of the story, especially in town when announces are frequent.
Would it be possible to get a choice between:
- not muting the external sound
- current standard behavior
- *ACTUALLY PAUSING* the media

On top of this, actually compensating for the Bluetooth delay when the Waze announces are forced using the phone speaker would be great.

Rarely want my media to be paused or muted when I'm driving. Please give option to disable media/music/podcast pausing. Waze seems to incessantly pause my media when it's running.
