Would be really nice if you could log into your car get your cars data information power usage and power left so you would know which is the new location to go to a supercharger.

1.Option to say vehicle is an EV (plug-in EV),
2.and instead of petrol stations allow choice to see/find EV charging stations
3. and in "enabling other apps" include EV charging apps

Pouvoir indiquer que l’on possède un véhicule électrique. Affichage des bornes de recharge au lieu des stations services. Trajet d’optimales en fonction de l’autonomie de la voiture. Il y a pleins de choses à faire !

As we get ever closer to Electric Cars/Vans & Motorcycles looking for charge points is going to be the next most important search. Can Waze start to add them to your default choice of Fuel and or place them on the POI section... They will soon be as important as Mcdonalds etc ;)

It would be great to have Waze to be aware of car type and battery level plus destination to suggest charging points as required for the route.

Porsche connect app does this but I prefer Waze over that ;-)

Waze should add the choice of electric cars and the possibility to find charging stations along the route.
If possible to also add a tool to plan the route depending of the distance to the charging stations.

I drive electric and can not choose electric instead of gasoline, diesel or E85 in Wase.

Où en êtes vous avec le choix du carburant intégrant le choix "électrique" ainsi que les emplacements des bornes de recharge électrique, c est indispensable de nos jours..!!
Il est urgent de procéder à cette mise à jour, sauf si vous voulez devenir une appli GPS obsolète très rapidement.. Et pourtant j'aime beaucoup Waze..!

Surely with data available now for vehicle charging points like on zap-map, combined with any data about charging stations in use and charge times based on vehicles plugged in (data you could potentially get from meters) you could know what the nearest charging point is and also if they are free, or soon to be free, to help plan EV charging better. This combined with communicating with the EV internal range estimates could automatically re-route you to the nearest charging port along the way, much like the Ferrari does with fuel stations as fuel consumption is so high on those vehicles. This further automation of charge management could reduce the concerns of hesitant EV buyers and increase uptake overall

Indicate plugs by network and consider planning with consumption data

My car fuel type is electric. I need to know where charging stations are. Why does Waze only supports oil based transport system?
