Have option to shut off vehicle stopped on shoulder.
Vehicle stopped on shoulder alert comes up constantly. If you're on a highway, you shouldn't be driving on the shoulder or breakdown lane!!!
Have an option to shut off this alert...
Or people, stop reporting it!!!!

You can turn off voice notification for hazards on shoulder at Settings – Alerts&Reports – Reports – Hazards on shoulder.

"Vehicle on the shoulder" is the single dumbest alert that Waze has, yet it's the one that pops up most often. I'm glad I finally remembered to Google a way to shut it off because it's been bugging me for years!

The car on shoulder warning is the single worst feature of Waze. I hate that it pops up on my screen blocking information, and then seems to hang there for an inordinately long time. Please let us turn off this awful and stupid and useless warning

Thanks. Is that to turn of hazards on shoulder or vehicle stopped on shoulder. Vehicle stopped is the most annoying and unnecessary alert, and it comes up constantly.

You can customize all alerts on the Waze app. It's under driving preferences, alerts and reports, then reports. You can edit all of the alerts that your phone commits

Completely agree - there is an option to turn off "Hazards on shoulder" but that's not specific enough.

YESSSS!! The most annoying thing about Waze. I almost stopped using Waze because of this many times. The cop spotting keeps drawing me back. Why do people even report that a vehicle has stopped. It is not unsafe and only interrupts my killer playlist. First world extreme problem!! 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

In Waze go to Settings> Display and Map> Alerts on route. Disable which alerts you don't want to hear.
If you also do not want to see them go to Show on map. Disable what you don't want to see.Also consider the "Vehicle stopped on shoulder" alert as a "This isn't a cop" alert.
