Driver license plate scanning
While you are driving there are a lot of dangerous and crazy drivers, also drivers who has problems with their lamps and other electronics.
It would be great to notify them via your mobile phone. The system is easy, you scan their license plate with your camera and you can send a message to the car next to you, after the message the other driver has the chance to answer, then you can chose if you want to continue the conversation or not

This should be limited to passenger use only as it is dangerous to be using your phone in such a manner while driving. Kind of hypocritical to report dangerous drivers while performing a dangerous action yourself.

I think this would work with dash mounts very well. And use the voice assistant to alert the driver
