The speaker icon when waze is idle is huge when I don't want to use it, and when routing when I do it is tiny.
Make it large all the time on screen in an easy place.

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.
