Add "avoid border crossings" setting, just like avoid toll roads or ferries.
Navigating from New York to Detroit, there's a route that crosses through Canada. I didn't bring my passport and wish to avoid this, but if I manually force another route, I might miss out on traffic-responsive optimizations. It should be possible to avoid border crossings just like any other route preference.

Was traveling to Detroit from NY. Got there okay. From DETROIT to NY, waze directed us and many others through CANADA. without passports you can't go through. No one wanted to go through CANADA. Wasted 2 extra hours in a 10 hour ride became a 12 HOUR RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let user decide to avoid selected Countries when route is over cross countries. For example to calculate route between Bulgaria-Greece and for personal reasons I don't want to go trough Macedonia (it is not allowed, I don't have the permit, It is not safe, or whatever reason)
