DUI roadblocks are unconstitutional, without proper due process presumed guilt.
NYPD, Plain view law, no expectation of privacy on public roads to which the public may be made aware of unconstitutional activities, including DUI checkpoints which are roadblocks presuming guilt without due process. In California, we are not duely notified of license plate readers via a sign which constitutes 24 hour stalking without due process, as well as having licence plate data saved for future use without driver's consent nor awareness...there needs to be laws.
