What finally worked wasn't calling customer service endlessly, but finding the actual map correction form buried in the platform's help center. Most services use third-party mapping data, so you often have to submit corrections to both the platform and the map provider directly. I also started including a detailed location note in every delivery instruction and confirming the address with the sender before they shipped anything. For important documents that absolutely had to arrive, I stopped relying on the platform's address system entirely and used https://mfax.to/ to send them directly as faxes, which bypassed the delivery address problem altogether. Faxes go straight to a number, not a physical location, so there's no map confusion. I also learned to screenshot the correct location from Google Maps, annotate it, and attach it to my support tickets - that got results faster than text descriptions ever did.
