Reporting Map Issues suggestions
Reporting Map issues
Things to fix...
1. Allow more details when reporting a map issue, not just a button to report with no info. If there is a way to type in info, its not obvious or maybe we need an option to go back and add details before hitting report.
2. When sending an email to users asking for more info, tell them exactly how to do it, form letters or copy and paste are really easy.
3. Allow a way to reply directly to an email with the info
4. when following the link, dont just dump someone on the map with no directions.
5. quit hiding the notifications. It used to be really easy to find notifications such as how many thank yous you got, i didnt find any notifications till someone above told me how to find the comments. Believe me I have looked five or six times, never found that tiny >

Integrate with Google Assistant. "Ok Google, Report Map Issue." Then prompt the driver for details via voice-to-text.

Seems I need to be driving to report the issue using the app to add a missing street. Not very safety-minded IMO. You should offer the option, as Google Maps does, to report a map issue on a PC or mobile device without having to drive, be in your car, or take a picture.

So basically everytime i am facing a turn that is temporarely not allowed i try to report it but Waze gets back to me by email requesting more feedback. The link they are sending hours later to complete the feedback doesnt even work lol. So Waze why NOT simply give us the space to send additional information at the same time we try to report this issue????! Like whats the point of reporting an issue in the 1st place if you arent going to rectify the map accordingly before the next day when that turn may by then in fact be authorized again?! What would be awesome is to be able to interactively interrupt the gos by saying « map issue » and then be promped to give more detaisl and simply per exemple say « turn not allowed due to road construction ».
