This also exists in the US. In some states, many towns have sub-village names and street names are duplicated within those villages. House numbers on those streets are also duplicated. But only the town/city name is used on segments - not village names. Waze has to rely totally on Google Maps search results.

Também acho que pode ser uma boa ideia criar uma etiqueta de nome bairro para diferenciar as ruas com os nomes idênticos!
Facilitaria muito na busca da rua com os mesmos nomes! Só na minha cidade tem 5 ruas 1 ou um!

In Brasil, there are many streets in the same city, that have the same name. The Best solution.

This is so important especially for Kuwait.
In Kuwait, we have different neighborhoods (called Blocks) inside the cities.
We are having problems implementing the correct addresses in Waze, since Waze only has "City" and "Street" fields.

This is very important, because many people go away to wrong place. In Brazil this can dangeours.
