Integrate Amazon Music app

Spotify is nicely integrated into the waze phone app. It would be nice to also add Amazon Music app for those that don't use Spotify.

Thank you for your suggestion! As you may already know, Waze is now integrated with several audio apps including Spotify, Deezer, TuneIn, iHeart Radio, Pandora and more. Just go to Settings > Audio Player and pick your favorite app.

    Add Amazon Music to the music player list so those of us who prefer it to Pandora have a good option.

    When the Amazon Music dropdown is visible it would be great if you could control Amazon Music with Alexa without having to go to the full Amazon Music app

    It would be helpful to support a wider range of music players. One of my favorites is Shuttle for Android as well as Amazon Music.

    Waze currently disables audio playback from Prime Music app when turn-by-turn assumes control of Bluetooth player in iOS. Integration of app into supported music apps would solve this. As would allowing audio stream to continue while Waze delivers turn-by-turn over Bluetooth as it does when using CarPlay.

    Slight workaround for those on android, if you install android auto on your phone, you can have waze as the map component and amazon music as the audio player. Bit annoying as it makes the map slightly smaller due to android auto controls at the bottom, but means they both work as if it was fully integrated.

    Never gonna happen:

    1) Google own Waze
    2) Google and Amazon aren't best friends

    Shame really but the user needs aren't as important and keeping antitrust lawyers in work
