Keep same web link when sharing via (follow my drive)
If like waze to be able to either allow for a vanity web address unique to each Wazer when they select to share their drive for people to follow their progress via the web or at least keep the web address the same for a set number of hours. If I share my drive and close Waze at anytime during my drive and reopen it, I then have to share my drive all over again with a different URL. If you allow the ability to create a vanity URL with the wazers username it would be easier though. Then they can turn on sharing and select a setting, (Public) - for anyone with your waze username to see or you select (Private) - which allows people to access link but only with a designated passcode/number set by the Wazer and is only valid for a number of hours determinded by the Wazer, a new passcode would have to be specified each time a new trip is planned.

Alternate suggestion: The Ability to download all entered/saved addresses from one Waze account and upload to add to the addresses of another Waze account.

The waze map supports restrictions based on the number of occupants in the vehicle, the type of vehicle, the toll tag(s) on the vehicle, etc. In order to accurately plan future trips we need a way to tell livemap that, for example, the vehicle is a private car with three occupants equipped with a TxTag toll tag.
Ideally, all of these new settings would be included in livemap's URLs so that a specific configuration can be remembered from one session to another.

It would be very useful. Please add this feature. I am using my phone to plan the routes, but the navigation itself would be on my car device.

When I send a trip planned on the web from my computer, it should send the START as well as destination address. That would be the expect response. That is why I used the web map.
I planned my trip for next Tuesday from one client's location to another's.
I'm at home. I send my trip info to my phone and Waze wants to navigate immediately from my home to the location. This is wrong from every aspect of User Experience design. Why would I bother entering a starting address if the app is going to ignore it. I appreciate that fact that it will route me from wherever I am at the actual time. But for planning. I need to include the expected location at the time of the trip.

Add a feature to create route using Waze web map on PC and transfer/upload it to the Smartphone Waze application (Android or Apple)
It is very easy to search and create routes on Web version of Waze Map, because sometimes users search specific locations like restaurants, shops, sightseeing locations etc. The bigger map on PC helps users to plan their route with better overview. Then it comes the problem to create the same route on smartphone application which is not easy at all.
Please add a feature in web map to transfer such a route to smartphone app.

Every morning I need to log into my profile and save the trips for the day because during the day I do not have time to punch in the addresses, etc. The drive later function is great, it helps me to plan when to leave to arrive at a certain time, etc. I'd really like to be able to do this on the Waze Website. I can log into my account like everyone else, but it really serves no purpose. Why not link the Website to the actual app and let me load my trips from my computer and save them and have them show up in my app the next morning when I need them? Friends, vote for this.. it would be awesome.

Neccessary! If you lose your cell signal for more than a while, or if you make a pit stop for lunch and close waze, 10 minutes later the wife is calling to know why she got a request cancelled map, and she can't simply reload in a while to see if you're back. Keeping the URL would let you use short URL websites, or even assign a permanent domain to your drive (for example if you're driving around the world to raise funds for something)
Changing URLs is wonderful for privacy. But, that could be handled by having a "change my URL" button in the app that you could press and get a new URL. Ideally, if you don't want a new URL, your existing URL should last forever. And you could have a popup message every few weeks or so saying "for your privacy, why not change your URL" or something. Oh, and add an option to turn off that annoying popup too ;)

Would be a good point to be able to edit bookmarks for destinations/origins from within webinterface instead of device and keep them in sync for easier route planning
