Fix your support process
Your support experience ranks among the least functional support experiences that I have dealt with... and I am in technical support.
While I understand the desire and need for self-resolution, your support experience is extremely difficult to navigate, and achieving self-help is vague, at the very best.
Y'all need to get some user testing involved with your processes, because it is quite evident that you aren't using any user feedback.
I am about to get rid of this app altogether due to poor support and useless, intrusive "features" that have degraded the user experience to the point that the app no longer serves its purpose.
