A way to contact and speak to a human!
Make it to where we can speak to a human.
Instead of making us use a forum. To solve our own problems.
This app is supposed to be for the people by the people but yet the developers and creators can’t set up a way for us to speak to somebody when we have a problem why is that?
I should not have to use a drop-down menu to select a topic then go to a forum and search through a bunch of threads that get me nowhere when I can easily chat with a human being and get the answers I need within minutes.
Are we in the era or where companies don’t care about human interaction anymore?! I want to human not a forum/thread.
Please give me a way that if I have a real issue like I have had today that I can speak to human being, a.k.a. flesh and blood with a heart beating a.k.a. a pulse and get my problem solved which I have not been able to do after three hours of searching these threads and forums.
The fact that I have had to go this far and make this post makes me want to delete this app after using it since it was created!

Hey there, you can head to Waze's Help Center and contact support to speak with a real human on the other end.
I can't post links here, but just google "waze help center" and you'll find it.
Do note that if you're facing some sort of bug or unexpected behavior, they will likely ask you for screenshots and debug logs so they can investigate further.
You can be proactive and submit a ticket to them with all the information at the ready.
Just search their help center for "submit debug logs" and you'll find the steps. You basically just enter debug mode, restart Waze, reproduce your issue, then hit the report button (the orange one on the map) and click the Debug (wazer bee) icon and wait for the confirmation message.
At that point, you can contact Waze customer support and they'll be able to investigate your issue in a manner that suits all parties. -
