Please Don’t make it to where I have to use a feed or a dumb drop down menu to submit an issue. which the drop down menu doesn’t even remotely cover the issue i had. I should hit a button cause I have an issue an be able to to directly send my issue to the app(developers or who ever it may concern). I should have to pick from a drop down menu that doesn’t solve a single issue I was trying to expose! This main fact that I can’t contact the actual staff of this app makes me never want to use it again! I’m very against (we’re talking about “ME” here) having robots and automated system’s doing our work which never works out! I want human interaction. If I can’t get that from this app when I have a problem then I don’t want to be part of it! Now the fact that that all this happened makes my iissue irrelevant because this app is for the people by the people but the moment you have an issue no one cares besides a drop down menu! It’s ridiculous!
