Ad Campaign is not working
I am the Marketing Director/Brand Ambassador/Social Media contact at the Chick-fil-A in Woburn, MA . I am emailing regarding an AD campaign I created for our store back in September. The ad campaign is meant to pop up on the Waze map when drivers who are using Waze pass by our store, but it is not working/popping up on the map when we have tried testing it out. I have had multiple people try it out, like my boss (the owner of our Chick-fil-A), fellow managers, and even my own family members and friends, and it is not working for anyone ( they say they see nothing at all on the map for our Chick-fil-A).
I have received monthly impression reports for the month of September and October from Waze, saying we got "x" amount of impressions, where drivers are apparently seeing our store on the map, yet I am still unable to see the ad myself and neither does it work for anyone else I have asked to try it out.
I am very confused as to why this is happening, especially when we have been paying monthly for this Ad campaign to go out for a few months now.
Please get back to me ASAP regarding this issue so it can be corrected/ please take a look at the ad campaign to see why this could be happening.
