If you're familiar in the Philippines, there's a number coding scheme where cars can't be on the road at a certain day and time based on the number plate ending. Suggest if you can show in the map maybe shaded in red or a red zone where they aren't allowed to go so driver can take alternative routes. This can be used for no tresspassing zones as well.
