I agree this is a safety issue, and I am surprised as well that it hasn't been fixed. It should at least be big enough to be read, and moving it to the left would be a big help. As a retired programmer of these types of things, it blows my mind how something like this get past CHI testing. It is a simple fix!

Move the speed limit & current speed to the left side of the screen (closer to the driver), and make it easier to read. Red numbers on a black background is VERY hard to read.

With my driving glasses I can read the speed indicator, but the limit is too small.

I don't care for the new update. The speed limit is too small and the speed you're going in red is extremely difficult to read. I use this multiple times while I'm driving.

I would be good to have the speed limit larger. Even get rid of the speedo & just show the speed limit as my car already has a speedo built in. I had Android auto head unit installed think it would be larger on that than my phone but it isn't. Possibly even smaller.

Fully agree with the proposal!
When displaying the speedometer on the GPS map screen, the maximum permitted speed is displayed in a much smaller format than the simultaneous display of the vehicle's actual speed.
Since the speed of the car is of course already displayed on the dashboard of the car, it seems more logical to me that the maximum allowed speed should be displayed in the largest format on the GPS map screen, in order to significantly improve the readability of the maximum allowed speed.
Or perhaps the option could be provided to show only the maximum permitted speed on the map display, preferably placing this indication on the driver's side.

Is there a way to make the speed limit icon bigger on Android Auto? Currently the speed limit icon is located next to the speed icon. I can see the speed number clearly. However, the speed limit number is very small. It would be nice that the speed limit number is as big as the speed number.

I see multiple requests to have the speed limit symbol larger but all appear to be ignored. My suggestion would be to listen to the users.

Not only the speedometer, but also the maximum speed sign needs a larger size (for example, optionally place it next to the same size, and not in the corner of the current speed). Now it is very small, I have set the option to display it all the time to know how fast to go.

Yes, this is killing me Please increase the font inside the circle, or even better increase the font and move the speed limit circle to the left side of the screen. So it's clearly visible.

The upper right corner of the map display has the road speed and vehicle speed. These are too small to read comfortably. Please make them larger.

The speed limit is very small and far from the driver. Make it bigger and to the left. I tilted to the display to see better and I crashed

Not sure if it's just me but the color contrast might need tweaks as well or perhaps it's a color issue for my eyes. But sometimes the colors make it difficult to read as well.
