Suppress lane guidance announcement when turning lane is a single lane
Currently, on intersections with Lane Guidance mapped, for TTS voices, Waze announces the number of lanes that turn. For example, "Use the right 2 lanes to turn right".
My suggestion is that if there is only a single lane in the rightmost or leftmost position to perform the turn maneuver (whether it's a Keep, Exit, Turn, or U-Turn), Waze do not announce the "Use the right lane to turn right", or the "Use the left lane to turn left". If there are more lanes or more complex maneuvers, Waze keeps the lane announcments.
There are two benefits:
1) This shortens the announcement times - this is especially useful in urban areas where drivers may be requested to perform several turns in a very short distance/time
2) If there is a single lane to perform the turn maneuver, it should be obvious to the driver. Waze should announce only if the maneuver is not obvious.
Note 1: I am making this suggestion to suppress the voice announcement only. This visual lane guidance will continue to be shown to the user.
Note 2: I am suggesting that the announcement suppression be performed for a turn with a single lane. So, if a particular intersection has 2 lanes turning left, but one lane turning right, the "Use the left 2 lanes to turn left..." announcement will still be announced, but the "Use the right lane to turn right..." announcement will be suppressed.

This is a great proposal to reduce instruction clutter. I do also like the idea to allow editors control over whether the lane guidance is announced.

This is a fantastic idea.
Currently the calling out of lanes that are simply "the way you drive" is distracting.
I like the idea of keeping the visual. -

This may not be an easy fix, but it is definitely a "common sense" solution

This could be as simple as setting a no lane announcement voice prompt override for a specific movement rather than heuristics based.
