I just saw this. You are getting this issue with routing because you are not selecting an HOV route. If you select an HOV route (app only, does not work in-car with CarPlay or Android Auto).

I just saw this suggestion from you. Your issue is bad snapping because of the proximity of the lanes. If you submit a report or post in the forums, local editors can take a look to see if there is anything to fix with the mapping.
