Show turn by turn navigation on the main car dashboard using carplay
Google maps and Apple Maps have full integration with CarPlay showing turn by turn navigation on the drivers dashboard. Can Waze replicate that ? All of the them have this working with CarPlay and android auto, except for Waze…

Apple Maps has this functionality, and Google Maps too if I am not mistaken.
The directions should be available to a second CarPlay screen (usually in the dash) to distract the driver less.
I have seen two implementations of this: pass the exact directions to the car system (example: iDrive), and second: have the Waze map and route displayed on the dash with turn info and current street info.

Could you kindly activate the turn-by-turn navigation shown in the car dashboard? I have a Honda Civic e:HEV Advance, and using Apple CarPlay I can see turn-by-turn directions in the cluster for Google Maps and Apple Maps, and it would be great to have the same feature also available for Waze

Waze is a fantastic app but has a serious driver security flaw in apple carplay. You show no "Next turns" in waze while using apple carplay which is very dangerous for drivers unfamiliar with the area they are in. Please add "Next turns" inside of waze while using apple carplay just like you do on the waze mobile app. thank you!
