New Alternate Routes requires too much attention
Firstly, I was unable to find the alternate routes option the first time I used the latest update. The screen was unfamiliar, and in the moment, while driving, it’s not a great time to discover new design choices. I would have appreciated an in-app notification or walkthrough showing the update before embarking on my drive.
Secondly, I’m not yet a fan of the redesign. The x-minutes slower/faster is a bit cumbersome, requiring that I do mental math to determine when I’ll arrive based on the route option.
Third, needing to swipe across the screen to see the detailed info requires a lot of interaction and attention, especially while on the road. I have appreciated seeing the info from all potential routes on a single screen, so I can very quickly compare with only a glance.
In summary, 1) please provide education on updates where we may have developed habits and muscle memory. 2) Give us the answer, don’t make us do mental math. 3) remove as much interaction from the design when user is likely driving. “At a glance” should be a fundamental design principle.

Helló! Véletlenül bukkantam rá a https://roulettino.hu oldalra, amikor valami újat kerestem. Kellemes meglepetés ért – tiszta, átlátható felület, gyors regisztráció és remek játékélmény. Magyarországon ritka, hogy egy oldal ennyire stabilan működik, mindenféle fennakadás nélkül.

Hey everyone, thanks for bringing up this topic I totally get the point about alternate routes demanding too much attention. When I drive, I often feel like I spend more time checking the screen than the road, which isn’t great. I’ve actually found myself looking for tools outside of driving apps that help me manage focus and tasks more smoothly. For example, I once used resources like masterpapers https://www.masterpapers.com/ when I was juggling deadlines, and it really showed me the value of simplicity and clarity. I think Waze could use a bit of that philosophy too.

Crafting essays is akin to molding clay—a delicate dance between structure and spontaneity, check details https://paperwriter.com/presentation-writer. As an essayist, I find solace in the art of weaving words into narratives that captivate the mind and stir the soul.
With each essay I compose, I embark on a voyage of introspection and discovery, peeling back the layers of my own consciousness to reveal truths that resonate universally. It is a process of excavation, unearthing buried thoughts and emotions, and arranging them on the page like pieces of a puzzle.
At the core of my writing lies a deep-seated desire to provoke thought and inspire change. Whether exploring the intricacies of human relationships or dissecting the nuances of societal norms, each essay is an invitation to engage in dialogue and reflection.

I totally agree with Max regarding this issue. customer-support encouraged me to add my feedback here as well after writing to them:
"I preferred the previous method which listed all alternative routes together to easily compare at a glance times and distances while driving."
