Leave later time increments
The 'Leave Later' option should have 5-minute time increments. Most of the time, 15-minute increments is too much.

This needs to get up voted. 15 mins increments are too far apart. Sometimes I myself need to have it set at 5, 10, 20 mins past the hour, etc for my arrival times.
Hopefully they will improve this.
