Repro steps:
. Open Google maps and share a location.

. Can't find Waze in the sharing apps list.

Expect results: Waze in the sharing apps list.

    You could try the app 'Send to Navigation'. It's available from the Google Play Store. You share it to this app, then from this app to Waze.
