Dear Waze Development Team,

I would like to plan a route from Velence, Hungary to Rovinj. I have set up the appropriate toll stickers: Hungarian national and Slovenian national. However, in Croatia, I do not want to use the toll highways. When I turn on the "Avoid toll roads" switch, it avoids all toll roads everywhere. If I turn it off, it routes me onto the toll highway after Slovenia, even though I have not set up a toll road permit for Croatia. It would be great if the "Avoid toll roads" option could be adjusted to avoid only the toll roads in Croatia for this specific route.
