Add back animals on the side of road

The alert for “animals on the side of the road” was extremely helpful for warning other drivers of the danger and also knowing animals could be on a road you are traveling on. It was an alert and recently removed.

    This alert is very useful when driving at night. We see deer frequently and it can cause accidents
