The arrows that show the upcoming turn can show a turn quite a distance away. By the time you get to the right turn there are one or two turns ahead. I suggest that when you get to a situation where the right turn is the first one you get to, that the arrows turn from red to green, or flash or some other obvious shape. That way it will be easy to recognize when you really need to take the next first turn. Ron.

Hi.
It happens when I drive a car but mainly when I ride a motorcycle that I see the arrow showing which direction I should turn in a few hundred meters. I go through several turning options by then and therefore I have to look both at the distance from the turn that is not always on the side of the arrow and even if on that side it still requires my attention.
My advice is that when the next turn, the first one I reach is the correct turn, that the arrow turns green or starts flashing and then I know that I am now turning. To upgrade the idea, it is possible that the turn marking arrow will be red until it turns green only before the relevant turn. Each of the above options will greatly improve driving safety.
Thank you, Ron Schechter.

Allows you to turn in the right place without having to track the distance from the turn. Very important and safe.
