Allow "Map Problem" UR reporting using the 'Talk to report' feature to assist user to leave a UR while driving.
Currently the 'Talk to report' feature allows for reporting road hazards but does not allow for reporting 'Map Problems' such as 'incorrect speed limit' or 'no u-turn allowed.'
As a volunteer map editor, if I could tap the report button and say, "Drop UR here for ... " to open a UR with the UR type listed as 'Voice report' and the UR comment pre-filled with the voice to text input from the report, then I would be able to fix 90% more of the map problems that I notice while driving every day.

Thank you great idea @Major_MS this will really improved the driver's expereciend and most important, it will improved the safety of our users and we would get more URs with proper info this way, as many user dont add anything because they are driving and they are right safety first.
