This is an interesting one. On the face of it a good idea but then one has to ask "how is the driver on such a slow traffic road that he has the time to focus on all the necessary input without compromising safety?". Isn't it both the job of Waze to route the driver along less crowded roads; and isn't it in the driver's self-interest to choose less crowded roads?

If the traffic is continuously so bad and the route choices so few that this becomes a sensible suggestion, I suspect that whatever you do, congestion on all routes raises other issues beyond Waze.
