AI can be used to produce a picture/video in which the loved one is seen speaking while delivering the message to drive carefully.

Even in cases where the user chooses not to upload a picture of their loved ones, you can simply send them visual messages (pictures of cars after an accident, ambulances, etc.) and ask them to drive carefully.
