Allow to select which alerts we do want - allowed speeding (+/- 5km/h), police and speed-cams, etc.
Currently we either have all alerts or none.
The problem is, we get alerts like: reduced zone ahead, or if "speeding" so traveling 1-2km/h above.
So I have alerts disabled, but then I neither get important alerts.
Allow to select us which alerts we want:
1. speedig - yes/no/yes, if exceeds N km/h
2. reduced speed zone ahead
3. police and speedcams
4. other dangers (potholes, roadkill, car stopped)
5. warnings (fog, etc.)
