Request to Strengthen and Actively Develop Waze for the Indian Market
Am writing to express a strong interest and concern regarding the current state of the Waze application in India. While Waze is technically available for download, its functionality and effectiveness in India are far from the experience offered in other countries such as the UAE, the United States, and several European regions, where the app performs exceptionally well.
Having personally used Waze in countries like the UAE, I can confidently say that it delivers superior real-time navigation, community-driven traffic updates, and smarter routing when compared to other navigation platforms. Unfortunately, in India, the app does not currently operate at the same standard, which limits its adoption and usefulness despite significant demand.
India is a rapidly growing market with a large population of young, tech-savvy, and advanced users who are eager to adopt smarter navigation solutions. Many of these users recognize that Waze, when fully developed and actively supported, can be even more effective than Google Maps—despite Google being the parent company of Waze.
I firmly believe that with focused development, community engagement, and localized improvements, Waze can become a major success in India once again. I would be genuinely interested in contributing to this effort by sharing practical insights, real-world experiences, and ideas that could help improve the app’s usability, accuracy, and community participation within the Indian market.
This is not merely a suggestion, but an opportunity to collaboratively rebuild and strengthen Waze’s presence in India—hand in hand with users who truly believe in the platform’s potential.
I kindly request your team to review this feedback and consider initiating active development and improvement efforts for Waze in India. I would be glad to engage further if there is an opportunity to collaborate or share detailed input.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and to the possibility of working together to bring Waze back as a powerful navigation solution for India.
Warm regards,
Arun Prasannakumar

In Bangladesh, digital platforms for sports and entertainment attract users of all ages. Learning about the features and interface helps users navigate the service. When using such platforms, it is important to assess the risks, follow safety rules, and approach online leisure activities responsibly.
